This day-long experience takes you into the volcanic valleys west of Guadalajara, in the shadow of the Tequila Volcano, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You’ll travel by private vehicle to the Guachimontones archaeological site, home to Mexico’s only circular pyramids — ceremonial structures built over 2,000 years ago by the Teuchitlán culture. Chile

Rise and shine: long before the sun makes its arrival over the valleys of Atacama Desert, you'll be on the road to one of the main gateways to the Andean highlands of Chile. This is a full-day photographic odyssey of some of the Atacama's most shocking natural wonders where you will contemplate important high-altitude ecosystems rich in biodiversity and cultural significance. These include the wetlands of Machuca and Putana, the Tatio Geyser, the Cactus Canyon, and the Puritama Hot Springs.

This experience is delivered by a professional photographer who will mentor you through the process of capturing the landscapes. As a private excursion focused on photography, the pace is slower than typical tours operating to these beauty spots. You will take your time at each destination and spend time perfecting your shooting skills and watching for wildlife. The activity concludes by bathing in the warm waters of the Puritama Thermal Springs. 

This experience stars one of the Atacama's most famous natural wonders and two of its hidden gems. It concludes at what is perhaps the only relaxing activity in the region—bathing in the thermal springs of Puritama. As a photography experience, the day maintains a slower pace and a steady focus on studying the landscapes in finite detail. 

Beyond the theatrical geyser spectacle, the Putana and Machuca wetlands are especially captivating to explore. Inhabited by the Atacameño people for centuries, Mirko will explain how farmers use these grasses and marshes uphold traditional llama and alpaca herding practices. There are opportunities to photograph Andean flamingos, vicuñas, and such birds as Puna Ibis and giant coots before stopping by the village to sample llama cheese empanadas. The Cactus Canyon (Quebrada de Guatín) is another spot skipped by most tours. Here, you'll encounter towering cacti used for traditional medicine, tools, and rituals.

This Jun-Sep experience explores Didyma after dark, when the Temple of Apollo opens for night museum hours and the site is illuminated. The neighborhoods of Psiri and Metaxourgeio in Athens are vibrant open-air galleries where street art tells stories of culture, politics, and creativity. Known for their edgy, artistic vibes, these districts showcase works from renowned international artists and talented locals alike. With colorful murals, thought-provoking graffiti, and playful stencils, these streets invite visitors to explore Athens’ contemporary artistic heartbeat beyond its ancient ruins. 
1. Psiri boasts a mix of large-scale murals and quirky graffiti that reflect the neighborhood’s lively, bohemian spirit. Themes range from political messages to playful and surreal imagery.
2. In Metaxourgeio, street art leans more towards thought-provoking and experimental works, often addressing social issues and urban life. The blend of crumbling buildings and striking art adds to its gritty charm. 
3. Renowned artists like WD (Wild Drawing), Sonke, and INO have left their mark here, making the area a magnet for street art enthusiasts. 
4. Art coexists with trendy cafes, bars, and galleries, creating an atmosphere where creativity and social life merge seamlessly. 
5. Many works are dynamic and ever-changing, as new pieces replace older ones, ensuring that every visit offers fresh surprises. 
Visitor Tip: Allocate 1.5 to 3 hours to wander through the streets, ideally in the morning or late afternoon for better lighting and fewer crowds. Wear comfortable shoes and keep a camera ready for unexpected gems around every corner.

Street Art in Psiri

Antelope Canyon may be the most famous of Utah’s slot canyons,  but if you want to avoid the large crowds, go to Buckskin Gulch - harder to reach but possibly, more enjoyable.

Wire Pass, a gorge carved through the Cockscomb by Coyote Wash, is the most popular entry route into Buckskin Gulch. It takes 1.7 miles to get to the slot canyon from the trailhead. Wire Pass is short, less than half a mile, but its slot canyon is even more confined than Buckskin, and makes for spectacular photos.

Buckskin Gulch twists its way for another 13 surreal miles, but we turn back after a couple of miles to head back to the trailhead. We’ve stopped every few feet to capture various angles of the rock and light - and literally run out of time. You could certainly do a wonderful all-day hike here.
