Accompanied by Eva, you will learn to observe and collect the wild plants that grow spontaneously among the ancient stones and the surrounding fields, coming into direct contact with Sardinian nature and the history of the place.

After the botanic walk, you will experiment with cyanotype, an ancient sun-print technique to transform the collected herbs and flowers into a unique work of art, exploring a new connection between you and the soul of the place. The workshop is guided step by step by Eva, and you can bring your work home. After the creative experience, a taste adventure awaits you: the local panadas and a glass of wine.

You'll reconnect with nature and yourself by exploring the Sardinian landscape surrounding a traditional village and experimenting with your creativity through an ancient, sustainable artistic technique powered by the sun. The cyanotype technique, dating back to the 19th century, allows you to print on paper or fabric using sunlight and natural chemicals. An intense Prussian Blue emerges as the image gradually appears under the sun’s rays.

Botanical cyanotype does not require technical skills but unleashes your creativity through an intuitive interaction with Sardinian nature. All materials used are sourced from the surrounding landscape, collected during a walk through the stone-paved village and its nearby fields.

This full-day experience from Mendoza takes you high into the Andes for what can only be described as the ultimate feast with the ultimate view. You'll travel through breathtaking mountain landscapes, stopping first in Potrerillos for local treats—tortitas and facturas (savory and sweet pastries)—served with mate (a caffeinated herbal beverage) or coffee. Upon arrival, you'll explore the estate with Federico, the youngest son and a winemaker who produces organic wine from grapes lovingly grown on the family plot. You'll sample his latest blends fresh from the tanks and, if you like what you taste, you can even bottle your own wine to take home. 

Through Federico, you will learn about Juan's storied beekeeping and organic honey production methods. There is a chance to try the honey and, depending on the season, hold the hives. Then choose, in advance, between Castillo de Chapultepec, former imperial palace that crowns the hill with 19th-century grandeur, or Museo Tamayo, Mexico’s leading space for contemporary art, designed by Teodoro González de León and Abraham Zabludovsky, where raw concrete meets color and abstraction.

Mexico City’s National Museum of Anthropology is one of Latin America’s most important museums — a vital space for understanding the depth and diversity of Mexico’s cultural heritage. Opened in 1964, it preserves and celebrates the pre-Columbian civilizations that shaped the country: the Aztec, Maya, Olmec, and Zapotec. The building itself is an icon of modern Mexican architecture — a vast courtyard shaded by a monumental concrete “umbrella,” its single central column carved with mythic reliefs.

Inside, you move through galleries that feel like time slowed down. Among the most famous pieces are the Aztec Sun Stone, a massive calendar disk that encodes the Aztec cosmos, and the colossal Olmec heads carved from basalt. You’ll also encounter the intricate Maya stelae and treasures from the Tomb of Pakal the Great in Palenque — touchstones of an imagination that still defines Mexico’s identity.

Anthropology Museum

If you choose Chapultepec Castle instead of Museo Tamayo, Andrea will arrange to visit this first — so you can make the climb while the hill is still cool and shaded.

Perched high above the city, the castle commands sweeping views of the valley and stands as a symbol of Mexico’s layered history. Built in the late 18th century, it has served many lives — first as colonial palace, then as residence of Emperor Maximilian I and Empress Carlota during the Second Mexican Empire, and later as official home of Mexico’s presidents. Today, it houses the National Museum of History, where rooms are preserved with 19th-century furnishings, imperial artifacts, and murals tracing the country’s struggle for independence and revolution.

Highlights include Maximilian’s ornate chambers, the Hall of Battles, and murals by Diego Rivera and other great Mexican artists. From the terraces, weather/visibility permitting, you can see the city stretching below — green canopy to skyline.

After your morning exploration through Mexico’s past and modern expressions, Andrea will take you to a restaurant for an extensive lunch where you'll get to try various dishes representing some of the best of Mexico City cuisine.

From there, you visit the Sala de Arte Público Siqueiros, a remarkable insitution that preserves the experimental studio and public mission of David Alfaro Siqueiros, one of Mexico’s great muralists. Housed in the artist’s former home and workshop, the building still bears the traces of his process — large-scale murals, technical studies, and the curved walls designed for his “Polyangular” method, meant to let art move with the viewer.

You walk the line between art and activism, between creation and conviction — a fitting conclusion to the day.

With a strong focus on contemporary painting, she has curated numerous exhibitions and collaborated with a wide range of artists, from emerging voices to established names. Andrea Villers, educated in Granada, with a master's in curatorial studies, runs a consultancy that develops exhibition projects and advises on cultural strategies.

In a 3-hour walk you follow Madrid’s monumental architectural arc from medieval settlement to early 20th-century modernity. Among its various highlights are — San Nicolás de los Servitas, the city’s oldest church built in the Middle Ages. Pontifical Basilica of San Miguel, a Baroque church famed for its rare convex façade and sculptural allegories. Crypt of La Almudena Cathedral, a vast neo-Romanesque subterranean space with over 400 uniquely capped columns. Real Basílica de San Francisco el Grande, crowned by a large circular dome, houses Spanish paintings from Zurbarán to Goya.

Japan

Sanja Matsuri has roots dating back to the 7th century and is considered one of the largest and wildest festivals in Japan. It’s a rare opportunity to capture locals outside of everyday Japanese life — expressive, celebratory, and fully immersed in tradition.

Held on the third weekend of May every year (May 15-17 in 2026) at Asakusa Shrine, the festival takes over the neighborhood for three full days of parades, music, dancing and ritual. At the center are the mikoshi — portable shrines carried on the shoulders of teams of bearers, who shout and sway as they move through narrow streets.

You’ll be drawn to the raw energy of the crowds, the emotion on the faces of the mikoshi bearers, and the visual richness of the traditional wear — from happi coats to tabi socks. DAY 3 – SANTIAGO TO LOS ANDES | In the morning, you pick up your rental car and drive northeast toward Los Andes, gradually entering vineyard landscapes and Andean foothills. The short drive introduces the shift from city to mountain terrain. In the evening, a guided stargazing experience explores how Indigenous cultures interpreted the night sky, adding a new dimension to the landscape around you.
DAY 4 – ACROSS THE ANDES TO MENDOZA | Today is dedicated to the crossing itself. You follow the Caracoles Road, a series of dramatic switchbacks climbing toward the Chile-Argentina border. Stops at Laguna del Inca and viewpoints along the way reveal the scale of the Andes, and Aconcagua appears as you descend into Argentina. After border formalities, you arrive in Mendoza by early evening and settle into your new base.
