What is this?
Capture the beauty of Tuz Gölü, Turkey’s second-largest lake, known for its crystal-clear reflections and stunning sunsets. Perfect for photographers eager to capture the vast, serene expanses of the Anatolian plateau, this workshop offers an in-depth exploration of reflection and landscape photography. Start your day with a scenic drive from Cappadocia to Salt Lake, followed by a delightful lunch of special Turkish steak in Aksaray. As the sun begins to set, you’ll have the opportunity to photograph a variety of subjects—from majestic horses to elegant ballerinas—mirrored against the expansive sky. The day concludes with a satisfying dinner at a local way station, where you can choose from a diverse menu, before your return to Cappadocia. This workshop is ideal for both beginner and seasoned photographers looking to enhance their skills in a breathtaking setting.
What makes this unique?
Tuz Gölü offers more than just a photography setting; it’s a canvas where earth and sky converge. Under the guidance of an expert photographer, this workshop will teach you to capture the ethereal beauty of this natural mirror, where even the slightest ripple can transform a scene. As the lake transitions through hues of pink, red, and orange at sunset, you'll learn how to use this dynamic environment to enhance your photographic vision. The workshop includes sessions on how to manipulate natural light and reflections to create compelling images that go beyond traditional landscape photos.
