The Venice Carnevale has deep-rooted origins dating back to the era of the "Serenissima." The zenith of Venice's opulence in the sixteenth century witnessed lavish festivities, where the anonymity afforded by masks blurred societal distinctions among citizens, fostering a unique sense of equality across class, age, and wealth. This experience is very special, as it captures the true ethos of Carnevale. Through a carefully curated 24-hour itinerary spread over three days, you are immersed in the art and culture of Venice. Activities are designed to capture Venice's myriad facets, from its serene mornings to the magical twilight ambiance, enable you to enhance your photography skills and gather a great portfolio of photos. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes for exploring Venice Extra memory cards and batteries ** Note: If you already have purchased a 7-day tourist water bus (vaporetto) pass, let Marco know so he can avoid getting duplicate tickets for you. Participants are advised to arrive in Venice on day 0. The workshop will start on day 1, and you can plan to depart on day 4 or in the late afternoon of day 3.
