Then, head to a winery, an underground space carved from volcanic rock that blends bold artworks with the island’s winemaking tradition. Here, you’ll taste four local wines paired with a platter of Cycladic bites. The experience continues at a picturesque tavern, where you’ll sip more local wine, enjoy traditional appetizers, and choose between a sculpting or painting workshop led by local artist Nikos Katris and his children.
