Next, you will hop back on your e-bike and travel to a local coffee processing facility. Here, you'll witness the transformation of green coffee beans into aromatic brews. This experience includes a comprehensive introduction to sustainable roasting practices that cater to the local climate, producing distinctive flavors that are unique to the region. After this experience, you will be driven back to Trieste in a private van. 

E-biking with the guide to the coffee visit after which everyone will get into the van along with the bikes for the ride back to Trieste.

Coffee Processing Visit

Pick up from hotel in Trieste (or meet at a central point in Trieste if you are driving from elsewhere). Drive to Basovizza. After a quick e-bike orientation, enjoy a 30 km ride along an easy trail with stunning sea views, exploring unique landmarks and natural features of the Karst landscape. Anna can design the e-bike ride to be shorter or longer as desired.

As you navigate the picturesque landscapes on an e-bike, you'll appreciate the ease and accessibility of e-bikes, making the exploration of rugged terrains smoother and more enjoyable for all fitness levels. The route showcases the Karst region's unique geological features as well as the local farms and homes.
