The Sos Molinos waterfall is a hidden gem nestled at about 450 meters above sea level. Surrounded by stunning woodlands, it beautifully cascades from a height of around 30 meters, fed by the Rio Sos Molinos, a stream winding through the Montiferru mountains. The water tumbles over rocks creating a natural pool perfect for a refreshing dip.


The enchanting natural environment, framed by mountains and forests, gives Sos Molinos a mystical aura, making it a serene spot for reflection and tranquility. Locals consider this place magical. The waterfall has long been viewed as a symbol of purification and vitality.

We will stroll among ancient olive trees and soak in the enchanting morning light to reach the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, Sardinia's most impressive Nuragic well crafted over 3,000 years ago.


You can touch the well's water and enjoy a moment of introspection and a profound connection to something greater. The Sacred Well exemplifies remarkable Nuragic engineering with its striking inverted cone shape and a 25-step staircase leading to the water’s edge.

After a busy morning, we retreat to the quiet village of San Leonardo, home to 30 residents. This quaint spot hosts a charming Romanesque church and is renowned for its springs known as Siete Fuentes (meaning 7 springs), celebrated since Roman times for their healing properties.

Under the shade of an oak tree, to wrap up your day, we will share the photographs taken during your adventure.

The Romanesque church, dating back to the 12th century, hosted the Knights of Malta for nearly five centuries, preceded, according to legend, by the famed Templars. The village is also known for its seven springs of pure, crystal-clear waters.

Nestled amidst an oak and holm oak forest, the village radiates a sense of peace, inviting relaxation and meditation.
