During the hike, you’ll learn about the history of Chefchaouen while taking in sweeping views of the mountains that cradle the city. Along the way, you’ll visit some of Morocco’s oldest olive trees—over 200 years old and passed down through generations. The walk also offers insight into the culture of the Jebala, the mountain people whose traditions are deeply rooted in this landscape.

Hike in the Village

Join a cooking class with a Moroccan family, where you’ll prepare dinner together while sharing stories and cultural insights. This experience offers a chance to discover the traditional mud oven—how it’s made and used—and see how bread is baked the Moroccan way.

After the bread, you’ll learn to prepare a classic Moroccan tajine, a flavorful slow-cooked dish. Throughout the class, you’ll enjoy authentic Moroccan tea, enhancing the warm and inviting atmosphere.

Additionally, you’ll explore what Mustafa produces on his farm, gaining insight into local ingredients and agricultural practices.
