This private wine masterclass takes place in the vaulted cellar of a wine bar in central Bordeaux reserved exclusively for you. You're welcomed by Sarah Seguret, a WSET Level 4 wine specialist, and by Romain, who runs the venue and produces his own wines. The village of Bosa, with its colorful houses, rises between the Temo River and the rolling hills of Planargia, about 50 km from Alghero. You will walk through its streets at sunset, while the sky is tinged with shades of blue and orange, and the air is filled with the scent of the sea.

Get out of the city of Bordeaux to spend the day in the countryside villages of the Gironde. You meet Anne in Langon and explore one of the best open-air markets along the banks of the Garonne River. At the market, you enjoy tastings guided by Anne, a chef who lives in the surrounding countryside, regularly shops here, and knows the producers and vendors personally. Together, you purchase a selection of products to share later for lunch.

After the market, Anne takes you to Bazas, the most important town between Bordeaux and Toulouse for nearly 2,000 years. Here, you walk through the village’s historic center, following Roman traces and learning about its links to Henry IV and Château Haut-Brion.

For lunch, you can choose to enjoy what you bought at the market with Anne as guests in a local hotel’s dining room, or sit at a restaurant on the cathedral square. After lunch, you have some time to continue exploring the village, before returning to Bordeaux.

This day is built around places that sit outside the usual visitor routes — working villages where the market still sets the rhythm. It is common to find yourself as the only international visitor, making the experience especially meaningful for travelers drawn to French life, history, and a quieter way of engaging with a place.

Bazas adds depth beyond “pretty streets.” Its cathedral — a UNESCO-listed site on the Routes of Santiago de Compostela — anchors the town’s status as a historic place of passage and authority. You discover the Gironde through the point of view of a local chef with deep knowledge of the region’s food culture. Anne introduces local products by linking ingredients to the land they come from and to the people who produce them.

During the drive between Langon and Bazas, the landscape comes into focus through farms and vineyards. Anne has lived in Bazas for over ten years, and her husband’s family roots in the village add lived context to what you are seeing.

Anne Jordan, chef and guide with over thirteen years of experience, has lived in Bazas since the very moment she and her husband visited the village and decided to stay, a decade ago. She has cooked in private yachting and in Michelin restaurants in Paris before making her home in the French countryside.

Her training as a chef and her work as a guide shape the way she leads you through the flavors of the region around Bordeaux. She cares about seasonal and local food and has met many of the people who grow and prepare it, approaching each encounter with genuine curiosity and interest in food as culture and conviviality.

Argentina

This half-day experience focuses on the identity and legacy of Eva Perón, the former First Lady of Argentina from 1946 to 1952, during the presidency of Juan Perón. Exploring four distinct neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, you will visit the places that tell the story of the woman who played such a pivotal role in shaping Argentine society.

Starting in Montserrat, you'll gaze upon the balcony of the Casa Rosada, where Evita addressed the public on several occasions and delivered her final speech in May 1952. In San Telmo, discover the events surrounding her death, the key role of the labor movement, and the Eva Perón Foundation. At Evita's tomb in Recoleta Cemetery, you will hear stories of controversy and devotion — and how her pursuits divided public opinion. At the final destination, Palermo, you will have lunch at the Evita Museum. Afterward, you will be free to explore the museum independently, consolidating aspects explored on Johanna's tour.

Everyone knows the name Evita, but few truly understand the depth of her story. This experience explores the psyche and historical impact of Argentina’s famous — or, to some, infamous — First Lady. Johanna invites you to step into a story shaped by power, love, contradictions that make Evita one of Argentina’s most debated figures even today.

As you walk through the places connected to Eva's life, you'll uncover the emotional and political forces that shaped her role in the Peronist movement and Argentine society. Learn how her story did not end with her death and how the civic-military dictatorship that overthrew Perón marked a new chapter. In San Telmo, you'll see the building that once housed her foundation. Chile

Co-hosted by a local couple with a combined 20 years of experience in astro-tourism, this astronomy experience takes place beneath some of the clearest night skies in the world in a boutique observatory installed at a private residence on the outskirts of San Pedro de Atacama. Comfort is of utmost priority: you will first be seated in a cozy lounge where Juan Pablo will devote 30 minutes to the fundamentals of astronomy. After warming up over hot beverages and local liqueur, you will be ushered outside to the telescope area and invited to survey the night sky for celestial objects with Valeria.

This observatory contains two state-of-the-art Dobsonian Telescopes (16' and 12'), which enable you to see planets, star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies. Valeria will demonstrate how to use the telescopes and point out a variety of celestial objects over the course of the session—note that items spotted is dependent on the conditions/season. Hammock chairs are provided for maximum comfort!

This is an intuitive and highly personalized stargazing experience hosted by a bilingual local couple. Valeria and Juan Pablo wouldn't dream of relying on a script. Besides being experts in regional astronomy and ecosystems, your hosts know to read the room; they will tune in with your level of knowledge and adapt the activity accordingly. For budding skywatchers who have never seen a telescope, this is your opportunity to pose those lingering questions you may feel shy to ask in a large, shared tour. Seasoned stargazers can improve their understanding and sharpen their technical ability in a private observatory setting.

Valeria and Juan Pablo dedicate the entire session to sharing knowledge, wisdom, and passion for the night sky. Their commentary leans towards modern cosmology and scientific discovery; winter sessions include more discussion of the Andean worldview and Indigenous practices. This experience is co-hosted by Valeria Heindl and Juan Pablo Rivas. Valeria is a passionate naturalist and conservationist who has resided in San Pedro de Atacama for over a decade. While operating her tour business, she has fostered deep roots in the community. Her expertise lies in the region's natural history, from its intricate geology and flora to wildlife (in particular, its avifauna), to its astronomy. She worked as a senior astronomy guide at the largest privately-owned observatory in San Pedro for five years before developing this astronomy venture with her husband, who has worked as an astronomy guide for over 15 years.  Juan Pablo now runs his own adventure tourism company in town.

Rise and shine: long before the sun makes its arrival over the valleys of Atacama Desert, you'll be on the road to one of the main gateways to the Andean highlands of Chile. This is a full-day photographic odyssey of some of the Atacama's most shocking natural wonders where you will contemplate important high-altitude ecosystems rich in biodiversity and cultural significance. These include the wetlands of Machuca and Putana, the Tatio Geyser, the Cactus Canyon, and the Puritama Hot Springs.

This experience is delivered by a professional photographer who will mentor you through the process of capturing the landscapes. As a private excursion focused on photography, the pace is slower than typical tours operating to these beauty spots. You will take your time at each destination and spend time perfecting your shooting skills and watching for wildlife. The activity concludes by bathing in the warm waters of the Puritama Thermal Springs. 

This experience stars one of the Atacama's most famous natural wonders and two of its hidden gems. It concludes at what is perhaps the only relaxing activity in the region—bathing in the thermal springs of Puritama. As a photography experience, the day maintains a slower pace and a steady focus on studying the landscapes in finite detail. 

Beyond the theatrical geyser spectacle, the Putana and Machuca wetlands are especially captivating to explore. Inhabited by the Atacameño people for centuries, Mirko will explain how farmers use these grasses and marshes uphold traditional llama and alpaca herding practices. There are opportunities to photograph Andean flamingos, vicuñas, and such birds as Puna Ibis and giant coots before stopping by the village to sample llama cheese empanadas. The Cactus Canyon (Quebrada de Guatín) is another spot skipped by most tours. Here, you'll encounter towering cacti used for traditional medicine, tools, and rituals.
