His global travels, where he connected with diverse cultures and gained valuable experience in the restaurant industry, have profoundly shaped his approach to gelato-making. Andrea’s focus on intuition and artistry over rigid formulas sets him apart in the gelato world. As executive director of Palazzo del Freddo, he blends his deep love for the craft with business expertise, holding a Master’s in Food and Beverage Management from Il Sole 24 Ore. In 2019, Andrea co-founded the Genius Writing School, hosted within the Palazzo, further cementing his commitment to creativity and cultural exchange. He passionately shares his family’s legacy while continually exploring the boundaries of gelato artistry.
