A Fernwayer curator takes your preferences and designs a custom travel itinerary that works. This is human-led travel planning — by someone who understands the art of travel itinerary design — built around your dates and preferences. Each personalized itinerary uses Fernwayer experiences as anchors — essential highlights, cultural traditions, exclusive access — and complements them with recommendations for flights, hotels, restaurants, and self-explore ideas.

What's included

• Start your journey. A 45-minute private call or a form-based trip request — your choice.
• Your itinerary, crafted. Your curator will assemble a comprehensive day-by-day plan, with recommendations for flights, hotels, Fernwayer experiences, and dining.
• Refine to perfection. Review the itinerary and request up to two rounds of edits. One of these rounds may take the form of a 45-minute call, it you prefer, where your curator walks you through the plan and answers questions to ensure clarity.
• The final itinerary. Delivered to you via email, with URL links for seamless booking of each part of your journey — including Fernwayer experiences.

The Investment

Your Human Edit itinerary is a curated service, built around your exact dates and preferences. Pricing is transparent and fair, reflecting the expertise and care behind every design.

A $ base fee covers your onboarding consultation, overall logistics considerations, and shaping the framework around your preferences.

In addition, a $ fee per day of travel applies for balancing pace and logistics, and weaving in Fernwayer experiences, flights or trains, hotels, dining, and other recommendations. This approach scales with the scope of your trip and ensures each day of your itinerary is curated with care and intention.

Arrival and departure days are counted as half-days, since they often involve travel time and lighter activity.

Unlike bundled packages with a single, opaque price, your itinerary includes a line-item breakdown of every element — experiences, stays, dining, and travel.This is radical transparency: you'll see exactly what each part costs, and you choose what to keep, adjust, or remove. The design is ours; the choices remain yours.
