Each September, for a few days, the whitewashed streets of Utrera fill with lanterns, horses, music, and the rhythms of flamenco during the Feria y Fiestas de Nuestra Señora de Consolación, the town’s annual celebration of its patron saint. Just a short journey from Seville, Utrera opens onto a feria shaped by long memory, local pride, and one of the deepest flamenco traditions in Andalusia.
