While the tour is based in Galicia, you could feasibly make it a (long) day trip from Madrid, thanks to Spain’s high-speed AVE trains, which connect Madrid to key cities in Galicia, such as Ourense, in as little as 3 hours. This enables you to experience the wonderful essence of Galicia in a day, a region typically missed out by travelers. 

Begin your experience with a private transfer from the train station that takes you to a charming boutique house in the heart of Galicia. This house serves as your gateway to the region's famed viniculture.

Experience a sophisticated wine tasting session featuring the best of Galicia's native grapes such as Loureira and Godello. These wines are known for their aromatic intensity and crisp acidity, often reminiscent of bay leaf and white flowers​.

This is a true highlight - Cap your day with a serene sail down the Miño River, embracing the tranquility of the flowing waters surrounded by lush vineyards and pristine landscapes. You will see the scenic vistas of Loureira and Ribeira Sacra.

Then you will be dropped off at the station / drop-off point at 8:30 PM.

Your host will pick you up from Ourense station. 

You will experience the Miño's quiet beauty, offering perspectives not seen from the shore.
